Meet Our Team
Andrea Karpiak-Feasel, M.Ed.
Andie Karpiak-Feasel’s leadership is rooted in her deep commitment to Mid-Ohio Adult Education, where she serves as Program Director. In this role, she guides her team through both opportunities and challenges. Throughout every change, Andie advocates strongly for her staff and learners, ensuring stability, clear communication, and ongoing success. She views her teachers and staff as essential partners and works collaboratively with them to navigate problems, support innovation, and celebrate every learner achievement.
With more than two decades of experience, beginning in the classroom and evolving into leadership, Andie continues to stay connected to teaching by offering virtual ASVAB prep classes to adults across Ohio. Her work with both new military recruits and active-duty soldiers grounds her in the purpose of adult education and its transformative impact on individuals and families.
Andie is passionate about strengthening partnerships across Ashland, Crawford, and Richland counties. She enjoys building relationships with students, staff, residents, and community leaders, believing that strong community collaboration not only supports adult learners but enriches the region as a whole. She is also a proud member of Altrusa International, where she enjoys serving the community and contributing to meaningful local service initiatives.
Beyond her program-level leadership, Andie contributes to the field statewide through her role as Communications Chair for OAACE, Ohio’s adult education association. She helps shape the organization’s messaging, raises public awareness, and manages OAACE’s Facebook presence, capturing photos, creating engaging posts, and spotlighting the powerful work happening across the state.
